Winners from the Club Speech and Evaluation Contests will come together for the Area 21 Speech and Evaluation Contest! We draw our talent from the Toastmasters clubs of Area 21: Declarations, Headliners, Midtown Madness, Pacific Spirit and the Advanced Speakers Club.
