Featuring Chef Kati Luedecke

The melding of Chinese immigrants into the culture of Peru has happened so seamlessly and at such length, it’s almost as if the Tusan people were actually native to the country. With that said, these two cultures have, over time, married to create a beautiful combination of techniques, flavors, and local ingredients. Chef Luedecke (Chef/Owner of Killa Wasi) and Space 24 Twenty are coming together for one evening to share the wealth that is CHIFA.

An urban yet rustic space will set the scene for the evening. Accompanied by music, Peruvian Inspired Tito’s Vodka cocktails, and a three course meal -- Luedecke's Texas influence and travels highlight Chifa cuisine, a remarkably unique yet familiar food is created that is sure to make a feast you won't forget.
