Follow the green hills, forest and road to freedom out of Noosa and head into the Hinterland. Swap the 'big smoke' cityscape for the scents and flavours of wood chips and nature. Smoked beef brisket, lamb and chicken await. The light, slightly sweet hardwood and fruitwood of pear, plum and cherry chips will transform your typical meat flavours into transcendent repast. The food philosophy at this casual yet elegant restaurant is community; food that is farmed and sourced locally. Courtyard dining with low lighting and candles will set the backdrop for a specially designed three-course menu including share style dishes matched with beer and wine.
