Join us every Wednesday and Friday from 6:30–7:30 PM for a supportive and uplifting meetup focused on personal growth, healing, and positive life change.
Each session introduces powerful, practical tools you can use in everyday life. We’ll be learning and practicing techniques such as Ho'oponopono, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), EFT tapping, hypnosis, movement exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation.
