Hike & Heal

Hi there!
I hope you are well!
If you like hiking and you are quite spiritual, then this event may be for you!
We will just hike for a bit (1 hour of easy/medium hike) and stop at a spot with beautiful views for half an hour / an hour to meditate and do some healing. Anybody who wants to share their stories will be able to if they wish too.
I look forward to seeing you.
This "hike & heal" event should occur once a month and location may change some time to time.
This month, the trailhead is in Scottsdale. I will share the exact location to people who attend and confirmed their attendance.
