Topic of the month: Malware 👾🪱, and “all”(a lot?) about it! + Orangecon 🍊🚀, coming up in a few days, as well as a quick WHY2025 🪐🏕️review - it was a blast🧨!

Malware - it’s in our lives whether we want it or not! What is it all about, types, delivery methods, where does it run, C2s, lifecycle but also of course detecting (and threat hunting for ) them! And of course a bit on malware development, from the red team / offensive perspective!

So starting with Malware 101, and raising the level to deeper technical conversation, wherever the discussion leads us as usual!

We’ll open with the Orangecon 🍊 conference coming up next week, our own “good old” (still very fresh and exciting!) infosec con in Amsterdam, and reminiscence a bit (more) on WHY2025 🪐, the hacker camp that took place earlier this month, and the among the 4000+ attendees, SecTalks Holland members honored (and very much enjoyed!) it. SecTalks takes place at the CIC innovation community - and part of the Venture Cafe Rotterdam gathering which is now (temporarily?) on halt.

Doors for SecTalks open at 17:30 we have drinks (and some snacks). SecTalks session starts at 18:30. If you are there earlier, drop a line so we can connect and socialize more.
