# 0 - Initial Access Brokers & Email Compromise: The Business of Breach

This talk explores the business model of Initial Access Brokers (IABs) – cybercriminals who specialize in gaining and selling access to compromised networks. We’ll examine some of their tactics around how access is obtained and monetized. We’ll cover Business Email Compromise (BEC) and some techniques used in modern intrusion campaigns.

Richard is a professional Penetration Tester specializing in offensive security operations. He has worked across both private and public sectors, helping organizations identify and mitigate security risks. His focus areas include infrastructure testing, adversary emulation, and social engineering.

# 1 - NTLMv1 - Beating the dead horse

NTLMv1 is one of the original methods of authentication for Windows machines, and somehow is still in use for some domains. In this talk, we'll beat the dead horse that is NTLMv1 and discuss weird and fun ways to break it.

Adam Foster is a Senior Penetration Tester at $dayjob, and frequent speaker at places. He's more well known for breaking electronics and hardware, but he's also good at breaking anything he touches.

# 2 - Bar?
After some chit chat from the talk, let's head to 43 Below, mingle, and chat (we still don't have a better idea for a bar)
