If you grew up in -- or somehow got sucked into -- YOUTH GROUP, hear us out!
Christian nationalist worship leader, pastor, and all-around grifter Sean Feucht is coming to Nashville and, instead of doomscrolling or arguing on the internet, we thought we'd do something different.
We're bringing together former church kids, recovering purity culture graduates, and people who left Christian spaces with more questions than answers to make some art, tell some stories, laugh about the weird stuff we survived, and remind ourselves (and others) that there are plenty of ways to live out your values that don't involve fear, certainty, or Christian celebrity culture.
We'll be creating crafts, signs, and small creative projects that offer hope to those who are questioning, hurting, or otherwise harmed by evangelical culture.
No artistic experience required. We'll bring the crafting supplies, and you bring a sense of humor about your religious trauma.
No altar calls. Just crafts. And beer (for those who want it).
