Join us for Sedona Support Group
Do you feel stressed more often than you would like? Are you worried about circumstances that seem beyond your control? Do you find yourself procrastinating? Do you suffer from anxiety? Are you ready for a change but don’t what direction to take? You are not alone! Come and join us to release painful or unwanted feelings, emotions, difficult circumstances, and attachments. Letting go of emotions, thoughts and feelings that don’t serve you, is easier than you think. We use the Sedona Method, a simple and powerful, easy-to-learn technique that shows you how to uncover your natural abilities to let go of any painful or unwanted feelings in the moment. You can use this powerful tool anytime and anywhere to improve any area of your life. And it works. We have been using the Sedona Method for ourselves and with clients for over ten years. It's an amazingly effective and easy-to-use tool for shifting mood and letting go of negative self beliefs and troublesome emotions. The Sedona Method will transform your life. Not only does this method help you to let go of difficult circumstances, emotions, and attachments, it may also provide you with insights into how you show up in the world and your ways of being. This skill will give you much more than you bargained for or even dreamed possible. What happens may surprise you! Lester Levenson, the originator of the Sedona Method said that the power of releasing in a group is squared by the number of people attending. So in a room of 12 others, the release you get could be 144 times more potent than releasing alone! Here is a some of the gains from releasing that have been reported: - Breaking free from a life-time habit of worrying - More money in the bank and less concern about money in general - Weight loss - Ease in the presence of others who previously created upset - Ability to be with and decrease pain in the body - Greater ease in moving through grief - Less emotional upset in general Register at (click on 'Sedona Support Group') or call us at[masked]. The purpose of this group is to release any issues that may come up, learn the method and share insights. Not a group person? In this safe environment of our releasing group, sharing is not required; just take it in and learn. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ We provide a room large enough to accommodate everyone. You are not required to bring any books or study materials, just plan to attend and come hungry for information and gluten-free snacks!
