just under 7 miles total. 500 feet gain. Sugar loaf parking has only 14 spots. carpool.. if lot is rull park on borden drive and walk over. teacup trail skirts base of coffee pot rock.. soldier pass goes by 7 pools.. spirit cave is our destination
