Marg's Draw Trail In-Out Hike

Hello hikers,

Monday's hike, Monday February 16, 2026, will be the Marg's Draw Trail. We'll start at the southern end of Marg's Draw, located at the Broken Arrow parking area and hike north to Schnebly Hill Road, then reverse and hike back to the Broken Arrow parking area. This will make it about a 4.2 mile hike roundtrip.

The Broken Arrow parking area is located at the end of Morgan Road. From the "Y" roundabout, drive south on SR 179 for 1.5 miles to the roundabout at Morgan Road. Take the third exit then proceed on Morgan Road. Drive about 0.6 mile to the trailhead parking on your left (the last part is a dirt road but a normal passenger car can drive it if you drive slowly). There is room for about 25 vehicles in the parking area.

Monday's weather prediction is for rain in the afternoon. If the rain comes in earlier than expected and it becomes necessary to cancel the hike, I'll send out an email via the Meetup App to those signed up late Sunday evening or early Monday morning.

This is a senior-led hike so if you are hoping for a cardio workout, this isn't the hike for you. You are responsible for your safety on the hike.
