Join us for a simple, grounded morning labyrinth walk and guided meditation as the light comes up over the red rocks.

We’ll begin with a short orientation, then walk the labyrinth at your own pace, followed by a 20-ish minute, partly guided meditation and time in quiet. This is a calm, beginner-friendly practice designed to help you settle your nervous system and begin the day clear and steady.

This is not a strenuous hike and not a discussion group—just movement, stillness, and morning light.

Good to know:

  • Free community meetup (RSVP required)
