We’re inviting a small group to join us for a special pilot of a new experience honoring the Spring Equinox—a time of transition, balance, and renewal.

This experience weaves together guided meditation and creative expression, inspired by the qualities we observe in the natural world.
We’ll begin with a grounded, nature-based meditation to help you tune in to a situation or issue you'd like some insight on. Michele will guide you through inviting an animal guide to come and share wisdom with you regarding your question. For those who aren't visual, we will have a few animal oracle card decks you can use to welcome your animal.

Following the meditation, you will write down any impressions, messages, colors, etc., that came through.

You’ll then move into a relaxed painting session, allowing those impressions to take form creatively. Lovejoy will guide your through creating your vision through watercolor, acrylics, and other media.

No artistic experience is needed. This is not a class or a performance—it’s a space to explore, notice, and express.

This session is part of the development of a new offering Michele and Lovejoy are refining, and we’re opening a limited number of spots for those who feel called to be part of it. In exchange for your presence, agreement to be used in group photos, and provided a bit of feedback afterward, this experience is being offered as a complimentary, one-time event.

What to expect:

  • A guided, grounded meditation to meet your animal guide
  • Reflection on themes of nature and seasonal transition
  • Painting to create your vision on paper/canvas (no experience needed)
  • A supportive, low-pressure environment
  • Optional sharing and integration

Details:

  • All materials provided
  • Limited to a small group for an intimate experience

This is best suited for those who appreciate thoughtful, grounded experiences rooted in nature—not performance or perfection.
If you’re curious about blending mindfulness, creativity, and seasonal reflection, you’re warmly invited.
