Join us for a gentle gathering of mindfulness, connection, and good food.

We'll meet at the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park for a short contemplative walk followed by a guided meditation in one of Sedona's most peaceful settings. This gathering is open to both experienced meditators and those who are simply curious about meditation.

After our practice, we'll continue the conversation over lunch at Thai Spices in West Sedona. You're welcome to join us for both the meditation and lunch, or just the meditation if your schedule is tight.

What to Expect:

-Time for reflection and conversation
-Optional group lunch at Thai Spices

What to Bring:

-Water
-Sun protection as needed
-A meditation cushion or chair if you have one you can carry. Zafu cushions will be available.

This is a casual opportunity to slow down, enjoy the beauty of Sedona, and connect with like-minded people in a welcoming environment.
