1: Outer game
Outer game is about changing your outward behavior towards women. It’s about changing how you communicate with them both verbally and with your body language so that you become, at least outwardly, the kind of guy that she is looking for.

2: Inner game
But outer game, by itself is not enough, because if you don’t feel like a strong powerful confident alpha male internally, that will be sub-communicated to her in your interactions, and she will be repulsed by this. Even if you do have solid inner game most of the time, she will test you to see if she can break you. If you don’t recognize these tests for what they are or don’t have the solid inner game you need to pass them, you will lose her. Having a solid inner game is extremely important.

Step 3: Transformation
Having solid outer and inner game will take you very far with women, but ultimately, when you are going for the hottest girls, your competition will be very high value guys: sports stars, celebrities and the like. If you want to get the hottest girls, you must actually transform your life so that you don’t just appear to be a high value guy but you actually are one - or are at least well on your way to becoming one.
