A soft landing space for nervous system healing, whole-body wellness, and community connection.

Join us for Seeded Wellness Lab, a recurring event series blending restorative yoga, nervous system nourishment, and open conversations about healing.

Each gathering is a space to slow down, reconnect, and grow from the inside out. Whether you’re on a journey of trauma recovery, health rebuilding, or simply want to feel more grounded in your body and life, this lab is for you.

✨ Each session may include:

Restorative yoga & gentle movement (accessible for all bodies)
Nervous system support tools (breathwork, somatics, guided rest)
Reflective prompts & open discussion
Coaching Sessions

Topics like: sleep, stress resilience, gut-brain health, emotional processing, and more
A safe, welcoming container for authentic community
