The Enneagram is a personality typing system that describes nine interconnected personality types. It categorizes how people perceive the world and manage their emotions, offering insights into their core motivations, desires, and fears. The system is often visualized as a nine-pointed diagram, illustrating how the types relate to one another and highlighting patterns of behavior.

Abundant Enneagram believes if you spend 20% of your time and energy aware of the challenging parts of yourself and 80% focused on the Gift (or in Enneagram terms, your "Essence"), you'll find the space necessary to get Curious about yourself, have greater Compassion and begin to Comprehend how to navigate the world given your Type-Specific Worldview and Core Motivation. We will learn ways to bring out your 80% in an interactive and practical approach to the Enneagram during this workshop.

Lisa Lehr has used the Enneagram for 20 years in her practice of Spiritual Direction. In 2021 she became a Master Enneagram Coach through IEQ9.
