Seeking a Sisterhood

So many women crave deeper friendships, but making new friends as an adult can be difficult. This 90-minute online gathering is for women who are looking for meaningful connection and community.

Together, we’ll create a warm, welcoming space to meet and connect with others who are also seeking genuine friendship and a sense of sisterhood. This event combines a larger group experience with smaller breakout rooms where you’ll have an opportunity to get to know one another better.

Just show up as yourself, ready to share, listen, laugh(?), and find the kind of connection that reminds you you’re not alone.

Bring your curiosity, kindness, and spirit of sisterhood. Hopefully this event will make it easier to connect one-on-one and to keep the conversations going beyond the bounds of meetup—if you so choose.

This group is created with the intention of offering support and wisdom to one another. Most of us don’t often get to speak up, be heard, feel seen, and be understood the way we need. This gathering is a space for women to share, reflect, and reconnect—with ourselves and each other.

Each meeting includes sharing, open discussion, gentle facilitation, and a touch of healing meditation. It’s a space for mutual support and shared wisdom.

Finding Steadiness, Breath, and Resilience During the Holiday Season: A Mind-Body Skills Workshop - For Women

The holiday season can be a tender time. Expectations rise, schedules tighten, emotions surface, and our nervous systems often carry more than we notice. This 90-minute introductory Mind-Body Medicine workshop offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness and resilience.

You'll be guided through foundational practices that support regulation, balance, and stress reduction. The session includes a brief teaching, a guided meditation, space for reflection, and take-home practices you can use throughout the season.

This workshop is open to women and especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or emotionally tender during the holidays.

Join from a quiet place where you will be able to relax and close your eyes to get the most out of this experience.
