Finding Steadiness, Breath, and Resilience During the Holiday Season: A Mind-Body Skills Workshop - For Women

The holiday season can be a tender time. Expectations rise, schedules tighten, emotions surface, and our nervous systems often carry more than we notice. This 90-minute introductory Mind-Body Medicine workshop offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness and resilience.
You'll be guided through foundational practices that support regulation, balance, and stress reduction. The session includes a brief teaching, a guided meditation, space for reflection, and take-home practices you can use throughout the season.
This workshop is open to women and especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or emotionally tender during the holidays.
Join from a quiet place where you will be able to relax and close your eyes to get the most out of this experience.
