Therapeutic YOGA For Stress Relief
Details
This 90-minute session is a combination of conversation, connection, and yoga. It is reset for your body, mind, and nervous system — and we’re so glad to be welcoming a new regular contributor into our circle.
Lulu Lopez Goodman, M.S. is a seasoned yoga and movement educator (RYT-500) with advanced training in grief-informed practice. She is Grief Yoga® Certified and trained in Compassionate Bereavement Care in yoga. With a background in public health education and decades in wellness and functional movement, Lulu brings an evidence-informed, grounded approach to her work.
She understands movement not just as exercise, but as a language — a way the body processes stress, emotion, and change. As a bereaved mother, she teaches with lived compassion and steady presence. Her spaces are gentle, real, and deeply respectful of where each woman is.
In this session, Lulu will guide us through slow, intentional movement, restorative postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation designed to calm the nervous system and unwind stored tension. No pushing. No performing. Just space to soften and reset.
You’ll leave clearer, steadier, and more at ease — ready to meet life without carrying it all on your shoulders.
