Lunch Break Reset: Meditation & Sound Bath
12:00–12:45 PM | Live on Zoom

Take a pause in the middle of your day and give your nervous system a chance to reset.

We will begin with a 15-minute check-in at noon; an opportunity to arrive, catch your breath, say hello, and connect. At 12:15 PM, we will move into a 30-minute restorative sound bath designed to help the body shift out of stress and back into balance.

Slow breathing and sound vibration support nervous system regulation, improve heart rate variability, and help the mind settle so you can return to the rest of your day with more clarity and steadiness.

Come as you are. Even a short pause can shift the rhythm of your whole afternoon.
