Sound Bath with Guided Meditation
Details
Join us for a gentle evening practice with sound and guided meditation to help your body unwind and settle at the end of the day.
We’ll begin with a check-in giving everyone a moment to arrive, say hello, and connect. After that, we’ll transition into a 45-minute restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and help the body shift out of stress and back into a more balanced rhythm. Afterwards we will follow up with a heart-centered discussion to help your nervous system integrate the experience.
Please bring:
• A blanket
• A pillow or cushion
• Anything that helps you lie down or sit comfortably
• Headphones if you have them (for the best sound experience)
Slow breathing and sound vibration are simple but powerful ways to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
