Mother's Day can be a lot.
For some of us it's complicated. For others, lonely. And for many, it's just another Sunday.
This is a space designed to foster peace, serenity, and meaningful connection.
What we'll do together:
We'll open with a check-in — a moment to say hello and settle in with the other women in the room. From there, we'll move into a 45-minute restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and help your body shift out of stress and back into a more balanced rhythm. We'll close with a heart-centered discussion to help you integrate the experience and land gently back in your evening.
This is experiential, not a lecture — you'll feel the difference.
Please bring:

  • A blanket
  • A pillow or cushion
  • Anything that helps you lie down or sit comfortably
  • Headphones if you have them, for the best sound experience

This is especially for you if:

  • Mother's Day is hard, for any reason
  • You don't have children, or your relationship with that is tender
  • You're estranged from family, or missing someone
  • You just want time that belongs entirely to you
