What we’re about

Seen Sisters is an intersectional feminist group for solo women who live with invisible disabilities. We understand the challenges you might face every day because the world doesn't always see your struggles. Our mission? We're here to change things, making life more joyful and accessible. Through fun projects and helpful solutions, we aim to lift each other up.

If you're looking for friends who get what you're going through, or if you want to help make a difference in the lives of women like us, Seen Sisters is your community.

Seen Sisters is for solo women who:

Identify as a Woman
Are aged 25 - 55
Don’t have children or a long-term stable & safe partner they can count on for financial, practical, or emotional support.
Live with an invisible disability and/or long-term health condition that significantly impacts their day-to-day life, yet struggle to get support within society or services due to appearing ‘well’.
This movement has been created from a space of lived experience, and we can’t wait to share experiences with you! Join us to be part of a movement that's all about joyfully reimagining spaces in which every woman is seen.
