SNAP, Select Note Advisers of Philadelphia, is a nationwide networking group intended for educational purposes for those interested in the note niche for performing real estate notes and non-performing real estate notes. We discuss the how-to’s of investing in the note business including locating potential notes, funding purchases, and much more. This group is for people new to the note business as well as people who invest already and want to continue learning more about the trade. SNAP strives to outline the educational aspect of investing in notes, helps to network note buyers and sellers, and offers knowledge about profiting in the notes business. SNAP meetings will include presentations, networking, question and answer sessions, and much more. SNAP holds nationwide conference calls.
