Do you feel knocked around by day to day life? Do you have sloppy boundaries? Do you feel drained after being with certain people? This week we will discuss the difference between boundaries and walls and how to set up strong, self-loving boundaries.

Each class begins with an Energy Hygiene meditation process and then we will discuss the topic - setting boundaries.

Please note that there is no entry after 8:10pm once we start our meditation.
