Feelings are the eyes of the heart, and they reveal more about what is really going on for us, than anything we think. This week we will discuss and practice a short meditation to help us feel, acknowledge, accept, let go and choose something new.
Each class begins with an energetic clearing process to get us into a calm and centred space. Our classes offer an opportunity to learn some tools to help with daily life, you are held in a safe and nurturing space where we explore the topic of the week.
