Rather than waiting for someone or something to come along to feel grateful for, we proactively choose to feel gratitude regardless of what is happening in our lives or how we feel. This in turn forges a pathway into abundance in a wonderful way that allows things to just come to us.
Each class begins with an Energy Hygiene mindfulness meditation and then we discuss the topic of the week. There is no entry after 8:10pm
