benefits our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels and is a simple process of being quiet and receptive and it's possible for everyone! Join Patti to learn and practice some easy, short meditations and feel the difference!
Each class begins with our usual Energy Hygiene Process and there is no entry after 8:10pm.
