Have you ever suddenly felt sad or agitated for no apparent reason? Have you ever felt drained and tired in someone’s company? Have you ever felt pressured to do things you did not really want to do? Every time we communicate with someone or focus on something a streamer of energy connects us to that person or object. These cords of energy then remain in place indefinitely unless we cut and clear them. This week we will explore cords - what they are and how to cut and clear them. Each class begins with an energetic hygiene meditation and then we will discuss the topic of the week. There is no entry after 8:10pm and cameras on are appreciated.
