The cycle of growth and learning

Working with the cycle of growth and learning is an important practise that we need to apply in our daily lives to progress on the path towards heart mastery. There are three phases in this cycle - the realisation, integration and actualisation phase. This week we will begin our class with our regular energy hygiene clearing meditation and the we will discuss where we go to once we have a realisation as we progress along our path of spiritual growth and evolution.
