Gossip or Authentic Communication ?

In this class we will explore the perils of gossip and what authentic communication looks and feels like and how we can have boundaries with ourselves and others. We begin each class with an energy hygiene clearing process and then focus on our topic of the week. Please have camera's on for the meetup and there is no entry after 8:10pm.
