Details
Feelings are the eyes of the heart, and they reveal more about what is really going on for us, than anything we think. This week we will discuss and practice a short meditation to help us feel, acknowledge, accept, let go and choose something new.
Each class begins with an energetic clearing process to get us into a calm and centred space. Please have your cameras on and there is no entry after 8:10pm.
