Rather than waiting for someone or something to come along to feel grateful for, we can choose to feel Gratitude regardless of what is happening in our lives or how we feel. This can forge a pathway into abundance in a wonderful way that allows things to just come to us. J
Class will begin with our usual Energy Hygiene clearing process and meditation, we will then discuss and explore the topic of the week – an attitude of gratitude. There will be no entry after 8:10pm. Please have your camera on.
