This week we will explore the foundations of a healthy self esteem which include - belonging, worthiness, uniqueness and self determination. Each class begins with an energy hygiene mindfulness process and then we begin our discourse and discussion. There is no entry after 8:10pm as we start our meditation process. Camera's. on please.
