Kindness is such a simple word and such a beautiful quality. This week we will explore what kindness to self and other looks and feels like. How can we be kind without negating our boundaries? How can we be kind to ourselves? Each class begins with an Energy Hygiene and clearing process and meditation, there will be no entry after 8:10pm once we begin. Please have your camera on.
