Are you moving towards creating more good in your life? A better self esteem? Where are you centred? In your heart? In your head? This week we will explore and discuss what being aligned and centred looks, feels and sounds like. Each class begins with an energy hygiene process to cleanse and clear our energy system before our class begins. Cameras on please and no entry after 8:10pm.
