Take a pause this Saturday for a 30-minute compassion break — like a coffee break, but better without the caffeine. Together, we’ll let go of the week’s stress, practice a little self-kindness, and reset for a joyful weekend.

✨ Gentle guided self-compassion practice
✨ Simple journaling to release what you don’t need to carry
✨ A lighthearted reset to welcome in more ease and joy

Just come as you are - no pressure to do anything. 💫 Stay as long or short as you wish. The 30 minute meetup will be focused on self-compassion led practices followed by an optional half hour of sharing and connection time for those who would like a deeper experience.
