We're partnering with Summit Park to bring you our biggest event of the year! Expect back-to-back workouts from various studios + health and wellness experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb & flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.

THE MAIN EVENT: "THE FITNESS CLASSES"

Line Opens at 8:15 am and classes kick off at 9:15 am!

8:30am: Doors Open. Enter the park (at the Event Entrance marked by balloons!) find space for your mat, and explore!

9:10 am- Mini Warm-Up Session by Body Alive

9:30 am- HIIT Session with Shred415

9:55 am- Full Body Strength Experience with F45 Training

10:20 am- Not Your Typical Barre with Barre3 Montgomery

10:45 am- Dance Cardio with Jazzercise Milford

11:10 am- Boxing Burner with Title Boxing Club Downtown Cincinnati

11:35 am- Surprise Ending! Stay tuned!

12:00 pm- The event ends, be sure to grab your fit bag & make any last-minute shopping purchases!
