Escape the midweek hustle and join us for a Wellness Wednesday Run/Walk along a beautiful greenway. This peaceful trail, complete with a charming creek, is the perfect spot to recharge and reconnect with nature. Choose your own adventure—1, 2, or 3 miles—at a pace that feels just right for you. Whether you're strolling, jogging, or power-walking, it’s a refreshing way to prioritize yourself and soak in the beauty of the outdoors.

Think of it as multitasking: you’ll boost your fitness, clear your mind, and rediscover reasons to be grateful—even in the midst of a busy week. And don’t worry, we’re a judgment-free zone! Whether you’re sprinting like a gazelle or taking your time like you misplaced your car keys, you’re welcome here. Let’s shake off the midweek blues together and take a step (or a few thousand) toward feeling our best selves.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Free Parking & easy-to-find check-in area
  • 15 minutes to stretch, warm up and meet/greet
  • Look for the Gazebos located near the parking lot labeled “Picnic Shelters”
