This session will

  • give space to hear the mechanisms we humans use to 'manage' ourselves in hard times
  • explore our awareness of inner struggle
  • learn about the steps to self compassion
  • practice in a safe space with others who can hold the group in care

Katy has trained with this topics world leaders (Kirsten Neff, Christopher Gemner, Paul Gilbert) and has researched self compassion within Singapore

Participants will be asked to contribute $15 by pay now/paypal but if that deters you, come and enjoy it for free
