Welcome to our Self-Defence Training For The Mind Meetup group, where we focus on supporting survivors of abusive behaviour, in relationships, families or at work.

You can learn about manipulation as it works and how we react each step on the way and what psychology has to teach you and how it all might look in real life where it hides almost unrecognizable.

We believe in communication, living in the present moment, enjoying good food, a glass of wine and engaging in discussions about social psychology, truth, manipulation, our problems. We support overcoming fears, taking off the social mask and overcoming prejudices.

Our group is open to those interested in personal growth, mindfulness, and building a supportive community. Join us for workshops, discussions, and social gatherings centred around healing and empowerment. Let's come together to heal, grow, and unlock useful information.

Our meetups will focus on developing strategies to overcome fear, stress, and negative self-talk, while also empowering members with valuable techniques to protect their mental well-being.
