Muay Thai (for adults only) is the science of Eight Limbs: Punches, Kicks, Elbows, and Knees. We take a step back from the sport application and focus on more of the self-defense, Muay Boran functionality. The goal is having fun, getting in shape (burn up to 1,000 calories an hour), staying healthy and injury free, both in the gym and on your way home from it.
