Iād like to invite you to experience active meditation.
Spend an hour taking care of yourself by gently releasing what has accumulated in your body, emotions, and mind throughout the day.
We won't sit silently focusing on our breath or trying to control our minds. We won't visualize anything either.
Instead, we will move, feeling our bodies, and then settle into deep relaxation.
The practice is structured, with music and eyes closed.
Every experience is unique, but something always shifts inside.
After the session, I often feel calmer, lighter, and more alive.
The practice is suitable for everyone, except pregnant and breastfeeding women.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing this practice.
Please bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water.
