We will be doing Meditations on the Chakras, tapping into the Energy Body, Releasing old Emotions, Mindful Movement, Yoga, This will be a Gentle Evening of Self Care to Develop some Tools to assist you on the Path of Self awareness, recognising old patterns and believes that no longer serve and breaking cycles of not being good enough.
