About us
Self-esteem and confidence affect many areas of life — from relationships and work to how we see ourselves day to day.
This group explores topics such as:
• self-esteem and confidence
• self-doubt and self-criticism
• worrying about what others think
• social anxiety
• comparing yourself to others
• difficulty saying no or setting boundaries
• the feeling of “not being good enough”
For some people these experiences are very visible in their lives. For others they happen more quietly in the background.
The aim of this group is to offer live online sessions that explore how these patterns develop and how they can change.
Events focus on:
• understanding how self-esteem develops
• recognising common psychological patterns
• learning practical tools to start shifting these patterns
• building greater self-acceptance and confidence over time
Sessions are grounded in psychological and evidence-based approaches and are designed to be thoughtful, practical and accessible.
All events are live online and open to attendees worldwide.
