Why You Feel “Not Good Enough” — And How to Change It
Details
Live online session — open to attendees worldwide
Do you sometimes feel not good enough, even when you try your best?
Low self-esteem can show up in many different ways. For example:
• worrying too much about what others think
• being very self-critical
• comparing yourself to other people
• feeling anxious or uncomfortable in social situations
• finding it difficult to say no or set boundaries
• feeling less confident than you would like in certain areas of life
If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone — and these patterns are much more common than most people realise.
In this session we will explore:
• what self-esteem actually is (and how it differs from confidence)
• how low self-esteem develops
• how these patterns affect everyday life
You will also learn one practical psychological exercise that can help you begin shifting the way you think about yourself.
What you can expect
This is a short, practical and reflective session designed to help you better understand the psychology behind these patterns and begin approaching them in a different way.
The session is grounded in psychological and evidence-based approaches and focuses on practical understanding rather than motivational advice.
At the end of the session, I'll briefly share information about my online self-esteem course for anyone who would like more structured and in-depth support. There is no obligation to purchase anything and you're welcome to attend purely for the free training.
