Beach day at Holkham Sands & chatting about improving fitness/mobility

Beach day ⛱ at Norfolk coast, on the white sands of Holkham at Lady Anne's Drive, NR23 1RJ.

I can pick up 3 other people in my car but if anyone else can offer lifts that would be even more ideal!

We'll have fun, play some beach ball, tag, rounders anything really. Afterwards we'll chill out at some local pub and chat about how people are going about improving fitness or mobility as well as other topics you want to discuss.
