Sandhills Parlour - Community "Do Tank"

The Sandhills Parlour is a weekly talk circle dedicated to cooking up a plan for a "Do Tank" for practical civic endeavour grounded in our cities, towns, neighbourhoods. "Do Tank" as distinct from a "Think Tank", or an "Idea Factory" -- there are lots of those, and they play a vital role, but the emphasis here is on actually staritng things -- getting down to work.
