Join us for a casual community walk and light reflection in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
We’ll begin with a slow, mile-long walk—just enough to move our bodies, breathe some fresh air, and let the mental chatter settle. After the walk, we’ll gather for a short, guided journaling session to help you reconnect with yourself and reflect on how you're really doing—mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
No pressure to share—just a space to pause, write, and breathe.
Location:
Kittatinny Valley State Park
We’ll meet at the picnic tables near the ranger station.
Come as you are—this is about feeling good, not going fast.
